ID Pocket

Terms of Use

Effective date: September 12, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using ID Pocket, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple’s Standard EULA, the applicable mandatory terms control.

What ID Pocket does

ID Pocket helps you organize personal and family documents. It is not an official digital ID and does not replace original documents. Saved records and scan results do not prove identity, legal status, authenticity, or validity.

Your information

Only save information you have permission to store. Check scanned details against the original document, keep your records accurate, and protect your device and shared files. Keep another copy of important information and use the app in accordance with applicable law.

ID Pocket Pro

Pro is available through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Available plans and prices are shown before purchase. Apple processes the payment through your Apple Account.

Reminders, sync, and backups

Expiration reminders depend on your notification and device settings and may not always arrive on time. Check important dates yourself.

Sync keeps changes up to date across devices; a manual backup keeps a separate copy. Restoring a backup replaces the app’s current records on this device. Store backups securely and check that you can restore them.

Purchases, iCloud sync, and backups may be affected by your connection, device settings, Apple Account, or Apple service availability.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ID Pocket is provided “as is,” without warranties of document accuracy, authenticity, acceptance, uninterrupted availability, data recovery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes

Features and these terms may change. We will publish material updates on this page and change the effective date.
